Gravel production line is a special production line for the production of sand and stone for construction, highway, railway and other industries. The main equipment used in the crushing line, including jaw crusher, impact crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, sand washing.

The gravel production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, centralized electric control and other equipment. The design output is generally 50-500 tons/hour. In order to meet the different processing needs of customers, dust removal equipment can be equipped. Can be used for limestone, granite, basalt, river pebbles and other materials aggregate and artificial sand making operations, suitable for hydropower, building materials, highways, urban construction and other industries applications. According to different process requirements, various types of equipment are combined to meet the different process requirements of customers.

Gravel production line process roughly: (silo) – feeder – jaw crusher – counterattack crusher, vibrating screen, (into finished products). The machines in between can be connected by conveyor.
Introduction to the basic flow of gravel production line

First of all, the stone is evenly sent into the coarse crusher for preliminary crushing by the feeder, and then the coarse material produced is transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing, the fine crushed stone is sifted into the vibrating screen to separate different specifications of stones, and the stone that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned into the impact crusher to break again. The bulk stone material is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the bin for coarse crushing, and the coarse crushed stone material is sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The fine crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, and several different specifications of stones are screened out. The stones meeting the particle size requirements are sent to the finished material pile by the finished belt conveyor. The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed loop multiple cycles. The finished particle size can be combined and graded according to the needs of users, and auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped to protect the environment.
