Small Ball Mill

MoleDive Small Ball Mill is a laboratory or small-scale production equipment designed for grinding, mixing, suspension, and other sample preparation tasks in laboratory work. The ball mill is a key equipment for grinding materials after they have been crushed.

The Small Ball Mill provides laboratories with a flexible and efficient tool for various experimental purposes, thereby advancing scientific research and laboratory work.

It consists of main parts such as the feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, and transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electrical control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel with a replaceable lining, and the large gear is processed by casting with rolling teeth. The cylinder is lined with wear-resistant liners, providing excellent wear resistance. The machine operates smoothly and is reliable.

Raw Materials

The ball mill consists of a grinding head, a hollow shaft for feeding and discharging materials, and a horizontal cylinder. A cylinder is a long, cylindrical object that contains grinding media.

The big gear, small gear, hollow shaft, gear ring, large gear ring, steel ball, partition board, transmission device, bearings, and end lining are some of the accessories for the ball mill.

The original sliding bearings are replaced by large-diameter double-row self-aligning roller bearings in the main bearing. This modification makes starting the mill easier and minimizes energy consumption and friction.
