The form of the crushing chamber is determined by the use of the ore, the standard type is generally used for coarse and medium crushing, and the short head type is used for medium and fine crushing, which can be purchased according to the different needs of users.

Working principle of cone crusher

The equipment works by the rotation of the motor through the belt pulley or coupling, the cone crusher drive shaft and the cone of the cone crusher under the eccentric sleeve forced around a fixed point to make a rotating pendulum movement. Thus, the crushing wall of the crushing cone is sometimes close to and sometimes away from the rolling wall surface fixed on the adjusting sleeve, so that the ore is constantly impacted in the crushing chamber, extrusion and bending action to achieve the crushing of the ore. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the bevel gear to make the crushing cone swing. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame body is pressed by the spring, when the crusher falls into the metal block and other unbreakable objects, the spring produces compression deformation, discharge foreign matter, realize insurance, and prevent machine damage.

When the unbreakable foreign matter passes through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the cone crusher spring safety system realizes insurance, and the cone crusher discharge port increases. The foreign matter is discharged from the cone crusher crushing chamber. If the foreign matter is stuck in the ore discharge, the cleaning cavity system can be used to make the ore discharge continue to increase and the foreign matter discharged from the cone crusher crushing chamber. Under the action of the spring, the discharge port automatically resets, and the cone crusher machine returns to normal operation. The surface of the crushing chamber is lined with wear-resistant high manganese steel. The size of the discharge port is adjusted hydraulically or manually.
